Twin Bridge Capital Partners Expands Management Team

Joe Dimberio and Pat Lanigan to Serve as Senior Partners in Leading Chicago-Based Private Equity Firm Specializing in Middle Market Buyout Fund Investments and Equity Co-Investments

CHICAGO, IL - June 6, 2007 - Twin Bridge Capital Partners, a leading private equity firm specializing in middle market buyout fund investments and equity co-investments, today announced the addition of two senior partners, Joe Dimberio and Pat Lanigan. Mr. Dimberio and Mr. Lanigan were former colleagues of Twin Bridge co-founders, Debbie Ackerman and Brian Gallagher, and bring over 30 years of combined experience with particular emphasis on equity co-investing.

Most recently both Joe and Pat focused on equity co-investments as Senior Partners with PPM America Capital Partners. Mr. Dimberio brings a long track record in both private equity and leveraged lending investing, which includes previous roles with Heller Financial and Citigroup. Mr. Dimberio received his MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Notre Dame, where he also received a BBA in Finance.

Mr. Lanigan brings a track record of private equity investing as well as operations management. In addition to his experience in private equity, Mr. Lanigan served in various management and operations roles with Owens Corning, General Binding Corporation, and Amoco Oil. He earned his MBA with a concentration in Economics from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.

Debbie Ackerman, Managing Partner: Ms. Ackerman has spent all of her career focused on investing within the middle market, and the past ten years specifically focused on private equity investing. From 1994 to 2004, Ms. Ackerman was at PPM America, Inc. where she held a variety of positions. Most recently, from 2000 to 2005, she was a Senior Partner of PPM America Capital Partners ("PPMACP"), responsible for leading PPMACP's $1.2 billion private equity fund-of-funds. Prior to 2000, Ms. Ackerman was involved in various private equity and other investment activities, including leading direct investments totaling over $110 million of invested capital. From 1990 to 1994, Ms. Ackerman worked for Heller Financial, Inc., where she served in a number of positions focused on investing and lending activities within the middle market.

Ms. Ackerman currently serves on the board of Allen Edmonds Shoe Corp. and Links-North Shore Youth Services. She earned her MBA at Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BA in Finance from the University of Illinois.

Brian Gallagher, Managing Partner. Mr. Gallagher has over sixteen years of overall work experience and more than ten years of experience in the middle-market buyout industry. During his career, Mr. Gallagher has invested in numerous private equity funds and over $250 million in direct private equity transactions. Before co-founding Twin Bridge, Mr. Gallagher was a principal with UIB Capital, where he was responsible for leading private equity operations in the United States. From 1997 to 2005, Mr. Gallagher was a Partner at PPM America Capital Partners, where he was responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and closing private equity co-investments and fund commitments as a part of a $2.2 billion private equity program. From 1990 to 1997, Mr. Gallagher worked for Arthur Andersen LLP. Most recently, he served in the Corporate Finance Group, focusing on accounting acquisition due diligence for private equity sponsors.

Mr. Gallagher currently serves on the board of HFS Chicago. He earned his MBA at Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a Certified Public Accountant.
