Twin Bridge Capital Partners Closes Pacific Street Fund VI with More Than $855 Million in Commitments

CHICAGO – May 5, 2026 – Twin Bridge Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on buyout investments in the North American small and lower middle market, announced the close of its sixth lower middle market focused fund, Pacific Street Fund VI, L.P. (“Fund VI”), with more than $855 million in capital commitments, exceeding its $800 million target.

Fund VI received commitments from both existing and new investors, including a diversified group of first-time limited partners comprised of endowments, foundations, insurance companies, and family offices.

Fund VI will continue to invest in top-performing lower middle market buyout funds targeting greater than $750 million in investor commitments, in addition to co-investments alongside fund sponsors. Similar to prior Pacific Street series funds, Fund VI will allocate between $25–$35 million for fund investments and $10–$20 million for co-investments. Fund VI will be well diversified by vintage, investment type, sector/industry and geography.

Twin Bridge has raised over $5.4 billion in capital and has invested in approximately 150 funds and over 130 co-investments since the firm’s inception in 2005. The firm has committed more than $3 billion to over 70 fund sponsors, deployed over $1.4 billion in direct equity co-investments and invested over $100 million across 16 continuation vehicles.
