Megan Bogner

Megan Bogner

Senior Associate

Megan Bogner is responsible for supporting the firm’s investor development and capital raising activities. Ms. Bogner leads the creation of marketing materials and the completion of investor related requests such as client due diligence questionnaires and data requests. Ms. Bogner also focuses on marketing strategies and the development of new investor relationships.

Prior to joining Twin Bridge, Ms. Bogner was a Vice President at Acalyx Advisors, a leading placement agent specializing in advisory, private placement and investor relations for alternative asset management firms. At Acalyx, she was responsible for project management and due diligence across all elements of the fundraising process for Acalyx’s GP clients along with the development of investor relationships. Ms. Bogner began her career at Citigroup as an Analyst in the Private Funds Group and Foreign Exchange Sales.

Ms. Bogner earned a BSM in Finance from Tulane University. She is a member of Women’s Association of Venture and Equity (WAVE) and Women Investing for a Sustainable Economy (WISE).

Trevor Bon

Trevor Bon

Accounting Associate

Trevor Bon began his career in public accounting, with experience across various industries including distributors, transit companies, and insurance carriers.  At Twin Bridge, he supports the CFO and Controller with the accounting, finance, tax, and compliance areas of the Firm.

Prior to joining Twin Bridge, Mr. Bon held a senior audit associate role in Miller Cooper & Co., Ltd. in the audit practice, where he was responsible for planning operations, performing various audits and reviews, preparing financial statements, and preparing final deliverables for clients across a variety of industries.

Mr. Bon graduated with a BS in Accountancy and a BS in Information Systems from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Maggie Brett

Analyst

Maggie Brett works on all aspects of the underwriting of both fund investments and co-investments. She also conducts industry research and portfolio analytics.

Ms. Brett interned with Twin Bridge prior to joining the Firm full time.

She earned a BSBA in Finance and Data Analytics from Washington University – Olin Business School.

Dan Finan

Dan Finan

Vice President

Dan Finan focuses on and is responsible for underwriting both fund investments and co-investments, performing portfolio analytics, and maintaining the Firm’s investment tracking software.

Prior to joining Twin Bridge, Mr. Finan held a senior associate role in Deloitte’s audit practice, where he was responsible for overseeing daily audit activity around the financial records of various public and private clients in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing and professional sport industries.

Mr. Finan is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). He has earned both a BA and a MA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.

Brian Gallagher

Brian Gallagher

Brian Gallagher has extensive experience in the middle market buyout industry. He shares responsibility for all aspects of the Firm’s investment and fundraising activities. Mr. Gallagher serves on the Management Board and the Investment Committee of Twin Bridge.

Before co-founding Twin Bridge Capital Partners, Mr. Gallagher was a Principal with UIB Capital, where he was responsible for leading private equity investments in the United States. Mr. Gallagher was also a Partner at PPM America Capital Partners, where he led investments in private equity funds and co-investments. Mr. Gallagher began his career at Arthur Andersen. Mr. Gallagher is a board member of the Grosvenor Registered Multi-Strategy Fund and a trustee of the Grosvenor Hedge Fund Guided Portfolio Solution Fund. He is also a board member of HFS Chicago Scholars. He is on the advisory board of Main Post Partners Funds I and II, McCarthy Capital Fund VII, L.P., Shamrock Capital Fund V, L.P., Vance Street Capital Funds II and III and BPOC Fund V.

Mr. Gallagher is also on the advisory board of Integrity Risk International and is a member of the Business Advisory Council at the University of Notre Dame. Mr. Gallagher earned his MBA in Finance at Northwestern University and a BA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). Mr. Gallagher is a member of the CFA Institute, the AICPA, the National Association of Corporate Directors and the Association for Corporate Growth.

Ellie Howland

Ellie Howland

Analyst

Ellie Howland works on all aspects of the underwriting of both fund investments and co-investments. She also conducts industry research and portfolio analytics.

Prior to joining Twin Bridge, Ms. Howland interned with PT Asset Management.

She earned a BS in Finance from Wake Forest University – The School of Business.

Manlin Huang

Manlin Huang

Senior Accounting Associate

Manlin Huang began her career in public accounting, with experience in the asset management, capital market and employee benefit plan industries. At Twin Bridge, she supports the CFO and Controller with the accounting, finance, tax and compliance areas of the Firm.

Prior to joining Twin Bridge, Ms. Huang held a senior audit associate role in RSM’s audit practice, where she was responsible for planning and performing the audits around the financial records of various broker-dealer, future commission merchant, hedge fund, private equity and proprietary trader clients.

Ms. Huang graduated with both a MS and BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Matt Klinger

Matt Klinger has spent his entire career focused on leveraged finance, private equity co-investments, and private equity fundraising. At Twin Bridge, Mr. Klinger supports all investment underwriting and fundraising activities. Mr. Klinger serves on the Twin Bridge Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Twin Bridge, Mr. Klinger was most recently a Senior Vice President with iCapital Network, an investment platform focused on providing high net worth investors and their advisors access to alternative investments. He was a member of the distribution team and was responsible for covering investors in the Midwest. Prior to that, Mr. Klinger was a Principal with Stockwell Capital, a Chicago-based private equity firm focused on co-investments, where he had responsibility for originating, underwriting, executing, and managing investments. Mr. Klinger began his career with National City Bank, where he provided senior debt financing for equity sponsor led transactions and middle market companies. Mr. Klinger is currently on the advisory boards of FPC Small Cap Fund II, L.P., FPC Small Cap Fund III, L.P., Jefferies Capital Partners V, L.P., Juggernaut Capital Partners III, L.P., and Rainier Partners Fund I, L.P.

Mr. Klinger has previously served as a Board Observer for a variety of middle market companies. Mr. Klinger earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and graduated from Miami University (Ohio) with a BS in Business.

Patrick Lanigan

Pat Lanigan has diverse experience in all aspects of financing and managing small to mid-sized businesses. He shares responsibility for all aspects of the Firm’s investment and fundraising activities. Mr. Lanigan serves on the Management Board and the Investment Committee of Twin Bridge.

Mr. Lanigan was formerly a Senior Partner of PPM America Capital Partners, where he led the underwriting for fund investments and equity co-investments. Prior to joining PPM America, Mr. Lanigan held general management positions with Owens Corning and General Binding Corporation. He started his career with Amoco Oil Company.

Mr. Lanigan has served on several boards of directors historically, and currently serves on the Advisory Boards of Centre Partners Funds V and VII, Thoma Bravo Fund IX, Trinity Hunt Partners IV, L.P., Lovell Minnick Partners Fund V, Spire Capital Partners III, L.P., and Stride Consumer Fund I. He earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.

Peter Morin

Peter Morin is responsible for supporting the firm’s investor development and capital raising activities. Mr. Morin assists in the creation of marketing materials and the completion of investor related requests such as client due diligence questionnaires and data requests. Mr. Morin also focuses on marketing strategies and the development of new investor relationships.

Prior to joining Twin Bridge, Mr. Morin was an Associate at 50 South Capital, an alternative asset management firm providing private equity and hedge fund solutions. At 50 South Capital, he was responsible for portfolio analytics, product strategy, and investor relations initiatives across 50 South’s private equity, private credit, and hedge fund platforms.

Mr. Morin earned a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.

Lexie Morrison

Lexie Morrison

Office Manager

Lexie Morrison, Office Manager, oversees administration and operations for Twin Bridge and assists the investment professionals with client relationships, industry research, and marketing solutions.

Before joining Twin Bridge, Ms. Morrison was an Office Supervisor at WeWork in Chicago. Prior to that, she held a position in operational leadership at Marriott.

Ms. Morrison graduated with a BS in Hospitality Management from Ohio State University in Columbus.

Thomas Natanek

Thomas Natanek

Vice President, Information Technology

Thomas Natanek has extensive experience in network communications, user interface development, and systems availability, scalability and security.  At Twin Bridge, Thomas focuses his efforts on the Firm’s digital transformation, technology integrations and data infrastructure initiatives.  Additionally, he leverages these efforts to build and streamline internal and client-facing reporting and broader information sharing.

Prior to joining Twin Bridge, Mr. Natanek served as the General Manager for HyperX Systems, a leading managed service provider for the financial services industry with a focus on private equity firms. While at HyperX Systems, Thomas developed and maintained Twin Bridge’s IT system architecture for more than a decade.

Mr. Natanek earned an MBA and MISM from Keller Graduate School of Management. He holds an MS in Computer Science from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology in Wroclaw, Poland.

MaryJane Pempek

MaryJane Pempek

Partner, Chief Financial Officer & Chief Compliance Officer

MaryJane Pempek has spent her entire career in the financial services industry, largely in senior financial roles for private equity firms. She is responsible for oversight of the accounting, finance, compliance and tax areas for the Firm. Ms. Pempek serves on the Management Board of Twin Bridge.

Before joining Twin Bridge, Ms. Pempek was the Controller of HFR Asset Management, a large hedge fund of funds. Prior to that, she held senior financial positions with PPM America and Code Hennessy & Simmons. She began her career at Crowe LLP. Ms. Pempek earned a BA in Accounting from St. Mary’s College. She is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and a member of the AICPA.

F. Matthew Petronzio

Matt Petronzio has extensive experience in the middle market buyout industry, with particular emphasis on the small market buyout space. He shares responsibility for all aspects of the Firm’s investment and fundraising activities. Mr. Petronzio serves on the Management Board and the Investment Committee of Twin Bridge.

Before joining Twin Bridge Capital Partners, Mr. Petronzio was a Partner with Five Points Capital, where he led the Five Points Small Buyout Strategies platform. In particular, he was responsible for the sourcing and execution of small market private equity investments and associated co-investments. Additionally, he played a key role in capital raising and other investor relations functions for the firm. Prior to joining Five Points, Mr. Petronzio was a senior member of SunTrust Equity Partners, where he led investments in private equity funds as well as direct mezzanine and equity co-investments. Mr. Petronzio began his career at First Union National Bank. Mr. Petronzio is currently on the advisory boards of Blue Sea Capital Fund II, L.P., Council Capital IV, L.P., FFL Capital Partners V, L.P., Martis Partners IV, L.P., NMS Fund IV, L.P., Periscope Equity II, L.P., and Tilia Fund II, L.P.

Mr. Petronzio is on the Board of Trustees at Summit School in Winston-Salem, NC. Mr. Petronzio earned his MBA with concentrations in Finance and Accounting at Vanderbilt University and a BA in Economics from Bucknell University. He also holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.

Daniel Quintana

Daniel Quintana

Daniel Quintana focuses on all aspects of underwriting of both fund investments and co-investments. His responsibilities also include ongoing manager research, database maintenance as well as portfolio analytics and reporting.

Prior to joining Twin Bridge, Mr. Quintana worked as a senior analyst in strategy consulting for Aon Risk Solutions. While at Aon, he was responsible for advising global insurance companies on internal strategic initiatives across a variety of insurance products and geographic markets. Mr. Quintana focused on clients in the healthcare, technology, life sciences and real estate industries.

Mr. Quintana is currently a mentor and young professional board member for HFS Chicago Scholars. He earned his BS in Economics with a focus in Mathematics from the University of Illinois, where he was a varsity football player.

Kevin Rzepczynski

Kevin Rzepczynski

Kevin Rzepczynski focuses on and is responsible for underwriting both funds and co-investments, performing portfolio analytics, and maintaining the Firm’s investment tracking software.

Prior to joining Twin Bridge, Mr. Rzepczynski was a Financial Analyst at DRW, a proprietary trading firm. While working at DRW, he was responsible for performance analysis across a variety of asset classes and creating insightful external reports. Prior to DRW, Mr. Rzepczynski worked at Crowe LLP as a Financial Services Consultant.

Mr. Rzepczynski earned a BSB in Economic Consulting and Public Policy Analysis from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of both the CFA Institute and CFA Society Chicago.

Zach Schneider

Zach Schneider has spent his career working in leveraged finance, private equity, and operations. At Twin Bridge, Mr. Schneider supports all investment underwriting and fundraising activities. Mr. Schneider serves on the Twin Bridge Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Twin Bridge, Mr. Schneider most recently worked for Antares Capital, a leading middle market private credit investment firm. While at Antares, Mr. Schneider spent his time focused on distressed credit and minority equity positions, in addition to a rotation with the Firm’s investment committee overseeing the investment underwriting and approval process. Prior to Antares, Mr. Schneider was an investment professional with Twin Bridge Capital Partners, where he focused on all facets of the fund investment and co-investment process, including company research, manager diligence and portfolio analytics. Prior to that, Mr. Schneider was in business school where he spent time working with the University of Notre Dame’s Investment Office. Mr. Schneider began his career working as a project engineer for Gaylor, Inc. Mr. Schneider is currently on the advisory boards of CIVC Partners Fund IV, V, and VI, L.P., Northlane Capital Partners II, L.P., Percheron Capital Fund II, L.P., and SPC Partners IV, V, VI, and VII, L.P.

Mr. Schneider serves on the board of Cruisin’ for a Cause, a charitable organization benefitting Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, and is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth. Mr. Schneider earned an MBA from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business and a BS in Building Construction Management Technology from Purdue University.

Julie Shevlin

Julie Shevlin began her career in public accounting, with a specific focus on the investment management industry. At Twin Bridge, she supports the CFO and Controller with the accounting, finance, tax and compliance areas of the Firm.

Prior to joining Twin Bridge, Ms. Shevlin held a senior audit assistant role in Deloitte’s audit practice, where she was responsible for a breadth of audit activity around the financial records of various mutual fund, hedge fund, trust fund and private equity clients.

Ms. Shevlin is a Certified Public Accountant. She earned both a BBA in Accounting and a MBA in Professional Accountancy from St. Bonaventure University.

Rebecca Tomaszewski

Rebecca Tomaszewski

Rebecca Tomaszewski has spent the majority of her business career in the financial services industry. She has mainly worked in finance and accounting roles for investment management firms. At Twin Bridge, she is responsible for the accounting, finance and tax areas of the Firm.

Prior to joining Twin Bridge, Ms. Tomaszewski worked at Invesco LTD, a mutual fund company, as a corporate accountant. Before Invesco, Rebecca was in the Fund Finance group at Lone Pine Capital, a private investment management company that manages several hedge funds. Ms. Tomaszewski began her career in Deloitte’s audit practice and held senior associate roles in both Chicago and New York. Ms. Tomaszewski earned both a BA and a MS in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. She also earned a BS in Nursing from Emory University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Registered Nurse.

Brad Wrege

Brad Wrege is responsible for underwriting and supporting the evaluation and execution of fund investments and co-investments. He also conducts industry research and performs portfolio analytics at Twin Bridge.

Prior to joining Twin Bridge, Mr. Wrege was a Senior Associate with Five Points Capital, where he co-led the Five Points Small Buyout Strategies platform. Specifically, he was responsible for the sourcing and execution of small market private equity investments and associated co-investments. Prior to joining Five Points, Mr. Wrege was an Analyst with TrueBridge Capital Partners and focused on investments in venture capital funds and venture-backed companies. Mr. Wrege began his career at Atlas Diligence, where he was responsible for conducting research and due diligence on private capital fund opportunities.

Mr. Wrege has a BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he also completed a minor in Spanish for the Business Professions.
