Patrick dePenaloza
Principal, Head of Capital Formation and Investor Relations
Patrick dePenaloza leads the firm’s global fundraising strategy and oversees relationships with a broad base of institutional and family office investors. He is responsible for driving capital raising initiatives across the firm’s platform, shaping go-to-market strategy, and serving as a senior point of contact for limited partners.
Prior to joining Twin Bridge, Patrick spent nearly a decade at RCP Advisors where he helped lead the firm’s fundraising efforts globally across primary fund of funds, secondary funds, and co-investment funds focused on the North American lower middle market buyout space. In this role, he led relationships with institutional investors and oversaw diligence processes, ensuring clear and consistent communication. He contributed to fundraising initiatives while supporting team development and the firm’s broader market presence. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Neuberger Berman and Invesco where he supported distribution and client coverage efforts across a range of public and alternative investment strategies.
Mr. dePenaloza earned a BS in Finance from Miami University.
